As the name suggests, this oil free gel cream is a non greasy, gel based formula which moisturizes skin extremely well and provides an oil free glow. This Gel Cream contains the goodness of barbary fig and winter melon. Barbary fig is known for its moisturization properties, while winter melon, with its anti oxidant properties, keeps skin healthy, protected and rejuvenated. Himalaya Herbals products have always fared great for me and so I had high expectations from this oil free gel cream too. Himalaya Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream comes in a glass tub with green screw open cap attached. Under the cap, there is an additional plastic lid for extra protection. The glass tub is little heavy, hence not really travel friendly.

Moreover, tub packaging has its own negatives, among which hygiene is a major one. Plus you have to handle the glass tub very carefully. The tub comes seated in a white and green cardboard box with all the product details printed on it.

Himalaya Herbals Radiance Gel Cream is a thick, gel based cream. The gel is semi transparent and totally non sticky. It bears a mild fruity scent.

My Experience with Himalaya Herbals Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream

The gel cream is easily blendable and gets absorbed in the skin instantly. Himalaya Herbals Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream doesn’t feel heavy, rather feels very soft and smooth on my face. It leaves behind no trace of oiliness, instead it gives a beautiful matte finish with a healthy glow.

Once applied, this Himalaya Herbals gel cream keeps my skin hydrated until next wash. Its super light and totally non greasy, you won’t even feel that you have applied anything on the face!

This Himalaya Herbals Radiance Gel Cream does control oil and keeps skin fresh for a long time. It also makes an excellent makeup base. Another great thing is it hasn’t irritated my sensitive skin at all.

Honestly, I haven’t found many cons in this, except that Himalaya Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream has no SPF. Also it may not be enough moisturizing for dry skin people, neither it claims to be.

Overall, Himalaya Herbals Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream is just perfect for combination to oily skin in summer. Lightweight, non greasy yet moisturizing enough, this one is a must have in my makeup kitty. Plus you can use this gel cream as makeup base! Highly recommended!
